How to Make Yummy Pancakes in Nigeria 2024 1. 3 cups of flour 2. 3 teaspoon of baking powder 3. Pinch of salt 4. Little veg oil 5. One or two eggs 6. One cup water for mixing 7. Milk is optional 8. One tablespoon of vanilla extract   Step 1. Combine the dry ingredients in a large bowl, 3 cups of flour, 3 teaspoon of baking powder, pinch of salt, mix with spoon. Step 2. In a separate bowl, add sugar, vanilla extrac t, egg and mix . Add milk and veg oil, mix everything together. Step 3. Mix until is almost smooth, a few small lumps are fine ( if the mixture is that thick then add little water). Step 4. Use a small, collect little of the mixture and fry for 3 minutes and you can also coat more to make it thick. Step 5. Cook on the first size until is buddies appear on the surface, the edges to cook dry and the bottom are golden brown in color.
