The University of Nigeria, Nsukka (UNN) has announced that 168 students graduated with First Class honours as the institution conferred degrees and diplomas on 12,895 graduands during its 55th Convocation Ceremony.
The convocation celebrated the academic achievements of thousands of students who successfully completed various undergraduate, postgraduate, diploma, and higher degree programmes across the university's faculties.
Speaking during the ceremony, the university management commended the graduating students for their hard work, dedication, and resilience throughout their academic journey. Special recognition was given to the 168 First Class graduates, who distinguished themselves through exceptional academic performance.
The event also brought together university officials, lecturers, alumni, parents, traditional rulers, government representatives, and other dignitaries to celebrate the milestone.
