A woman who claims to be the mother of footballer Michael Olise’s child has made fresh allegations against the player, accusing him of abandoning his parental responsibilities and failing to provide financial support for their alleged daughter.
In a video that has gone viral on social media, the woman denied claims that she rejected an offer of €2,000 in monthly child support. According to her, she accepted the proposal and instructed her former lawyer to contact Olise’s legal representatives so the payments could begin while the court determined the final child support arrangement.
She claimed that despite providing her bank account details through her lawyer, no payment was ever made.
Speaking in the video, she said:
“He never called or asked for his own daughter. He never paid voluntarily by himself. I never said no to those €2,000. My former lawyer wrote to his lawyer asking him to start paying while the court decides the final amount, and I also sent my bank account details. He didn’t send anything.”
The woman further stated that Olise had allegedly acknowledged paternity through a DNA test, arguing that there was no reason for him to delay supporting the child while legal proceedings continued.
She also revealed that she has been raising their alleged daughter alone for more than two years, claiming she has had to work two jobs just to survive and provide for the child.
According to her, she gave the footballer multiple opportunities to step in as a father before deciding to speak publicly about the situation. She accused both Olise and his legal team of ignoring her requests for assistance.
Responding to online criticism about her appearance, she said the emotional and financial burden of single-handedly raising a child had taken a toll on her.
“I've been going through this for two and a half years. Of course I look tired. I'm in survival mode. I'm working two jobs and raising our child alone while her father is partying, inviting women, and hasn't paid a dime for his own daughter. Since then, he hasn't paid anything and he hasn't called his daughter.”
